Treenbrook Cottages is, conveniently situated, five km from the Pemberton townsite and just minutes from National parks and attractions. Nestled between towering Karri Forests and idyllic, green pastures, Treenbrook Cottages is an invitation, to disconnect from  busy lives, to slow down and explore mindfullness and sustainable living. These rustic cottages are ideal for retreats and meditation gatherings, the forest backdrop adding to the healing experience.

 

The four, colonial-styled, mudbrick cottages offer a taste of country life blended with modern convenience. Adobe and timber were popular methods of construction, favoured by the settlers, in the 1800's. Homes and shelters built with materials which were inexpensive and plentiful. Traditionally, hessian and newspapers were used to line ceilings and walls, floors compacted mud. 

Paying homage to the Settler history of the area, the cottages boast raw timber beams, white washed walls, stained glass feature windows and red brick flooring. The unique features blending seamlessly to offer a glimpse of Pemberton's past. 

 

Treenbrook is attractive to the diverse fauna and flora of the Karri forest, often sighted from the spacious verandahs. For those seeking adventure, trout fishing, mountain biking, High Ropes courses and 4W Driving, are popular past-times. For those seeking softer activities, wineries and forest bathing are wonderful options...or just curling up at the fireplace with a good book.
